Mackworth Vehicle Conversions partnered with Tai Tarian to deliver a fleet of tailored trade vehicles as part of a competitive tender through the TPPL framework. With sustainability, usability, and collaboration at the core, this phased rollout supports one of Wales’ largest housing associations in maintaining over 9,000 homes—helping their workforce deliver vital services while moving towards their 2030 carbon-neutral goal.

Catherine’s visit offered a chance to shine a spotlight on the people behind the work at Mackworth VCS. She met team members across the business, learning about their roles and seeing first-hand the skill that goes into each project. Her visit highlighted the dedication of the workforce and the important contributions they make to the transport sector.

On 4th November, Mackworth Vehicle Conversion Specialists proudly celebrates the 20-year anniversary of two remarkable employees, Scott Dunnicliffe and Andy Fitchett. Both joined the team on the same day back in 2004, when the business was still called Lex Commercials. Specialising in rigorous vehicle checks and compliance, Phil ensures all modifications meet customer requirements and high standards.
